I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff made a huge difference. One of them, Carlos, helped me out when my room wasn’t working for me. He found another room quickly and even carried my bags. I felt really taken care of, which is important since I traveled alone. The location was great for exploring the city, and I found everything I needed within walking distance.

Amazing customer service and comfy stay

Just had a fab experience! The staff were super friendly, especially Javier at the front desk, who upgraded us to a balcony room after our awful travel day. Loved the breakfast – so good! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the glass doors in the bathroom. a real door would be better. Still, everything else was on point!
